Dear Bill, Jorden, Rachel, Briscoe Manor Chefs and Wait Staff:

Our dinner at Briscoe Manor on Wednesday evening was one of the most wonderful dining experiences we have ever had. The hors d’oeuvres were delicious and mere words cannot adequately describe the truly superb menu which we had the pleasure of enjoying. The outstanding crab cake (with real crab meat) set the tone for the rest of the meal. Each course was a true delight. As one of our guests said, “that steak was the best steak I’ve ever eaten!” All the guests commented to us how delicious the food was, and what an outstanding menu the chef selected.

It was a delightful evening which we will remember for a long time – a perfect beginning for the Christmas season. Your tree, by the way, is perfectly decorated! Merry Christmas to all at Briscoe Manor!
