Event Specialists

All events at Briscoe Manor include the assistance of an Event Specialist who acts as the liaison between the client and the venue to create an enhanced and unforgettable experience. Event specialists will:

Facilitate two meetings at the venue
Provide a list of preferred vendors
Assist in the creation of the event floor plan
Review and confirm the timeline created by the client or by their outside planner/coordinator
Schedule the ceremony rehearsal time
Assist in choosing venue rental items to enhance your event design
Set out small personal items (guestbook, engagement photos, etc.)

The Manor Kitchen

To ensure you and your guests have an elevated experience, Briscoe Manor uses the most exclusive catering services. The Manor Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and catering service with 12-years dining experience. The accomplished culinary team and our knowledgeable management have worked together to curate a menu that reflects the diversity of our clientele. All food will be cooked on-site and made exclusively for your Briscoe Manor wedding or event, adding to the freshness and overall quality of your meal.

“What an amazing venue! As soon as you enter the gates of Briscoe Manor the meandering road passes through well maintained and immaculately maintained grounds. Off to one side you see the barn banquet building and an enormous fenced in outside area. Off to the opposite side, you have the chapel and other ancillary buildings that are necessary for the big day. After the services in the chapel, we headed to the banquet barn to a beautifully appointed and decorated family style dinner for 75 people. The staff was amazing and the food was perfect. It appears our drink of the night and preferred by many other people were old fashions, and the custom branded ice cube was yet another attention to detail, that is necessary for your special day."
